This year the academic magnet programs have a common educator recommendation form.

There are 3 ways for you to submit your Recommendation Form to The Center for Advanced Studies:
- 1. Standard or CCSD Mail
- Download either version of the form by clicking on the link
- Print the form
- Indicate which program(s) for which the student is applying
- Complete all fieldsMake appropriate copies
- Mail the form to Magnet Admissions at each school by Friday, December 4, 2009
- 2. Email
- Download the Wheeler Teacher Recommendation Electronic Submission Directions by clicking this link
- Download the Microsoft Word (.doc) version of the form by clicking on the link
- Complete as above
- Save the file to your computer using the student’s last name as the file name
- Email the form as an attachmentto the cooresponding coordinators (all included on the form)
- 3. Online (Only for Wheeler Magnet Program)
- Available for CCSD employees only (@cobbk12.org email address required)
- Visit https://wheelermagnet.com/recommendations before December 4, 2009: will be available October, 2010
