Educator Recommendation Forms

There are 3 ways for you to submit your Recommendation Form to The Center for Advanced Studies - Standard Mail, Email and *Online. The Educator Recommendation Form is available as an Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file and as a Microsoft Word (.doc) file.

*Online submission available Nov 8

Standard Mail
• Download either version of the form by clicking on the link.
• Print the form.
• Fill out the information requested.
• Mail the form by Friday, January 11, 2008, to Magnet Admissions, Wheeler High School, 375 Holt Road, Marietta, GA 30068.
• Or you can use county mail, please seal the envelope.

Email
• Download the Directions for Email by clicking this link.
• Download the Microsoft Word (.doc) version of the form by clicking on the link.
• Follow the detailed instructions.
• Make sure to save the file as the student's last name.
• Email the forrm as an attachment to Mary.McGinnis@cobbk12.org by Friday, January 11, 2006
